德阳市重型机械备件厂（四川工程职业技术学院实习工厂）是四川工程职业技术学院集教学、科研、生产、培训、技能鉴定、技术服务为一体的经济实体，1959 年建厂，现有固定资产8000 余万，先后被教育部、财政部确定为“国家数控技术职业教育示范性实训基地”、“数控技术应用专业领域技能型紧缺人才培训基地”，国家首批示范性高职院校中央财政重点支持建设的基地，全国职教师资培训基地等。同时，也是“德阳国家机电综合实训基地（区域性大模式）”的重要组成部分。
工厂设施、设备配套齐全，拥有车、铣、刨、磨、钻、镗等各类普通机械加工设备70 余台，以及一大批先进的焊接设备；拥有米克朗UCP600五轴高速加工中心、德玛吉DMU 100T 五轴加工中心、马扎克INTERGREX100-Ⅳ ST 车铣复合中心等高端数控设备，以及各类加工中心、数控车床、电加工设备60余台；拥有意大利COORD3三坐标测量机、切削状态检测仪、电动轮廓仪、应力检测仪、热成像仪等精密检测设备以及激光快速成型机等科研设备；拥有Unigraphics NX、Pro/E、MasterCAM 等先进的CAD/CAM软件系统。
工厂技术力量雄厚，现有职工160 余人，其中教授及教授级高工6 人、副教授、高级工程师18人，高级技工、技师及高级技师等40余人；聘有两院院士沈志云教授及西南交通大学一大批专家、学者作为技术支持；搭建有工艺技术研究平台，针对装备制造业难加工材料开展冷风切削及切削参数优化等研究工作；同时，“四川省装备制造业产业集群技术创新中心”、“德阳市装备制造业产业集群窗口服务平台”及“德阳市中小企业窗口服务平台”建在我厂，为德阳市中小企业提供技术支持和生产协作服务。

Founded in 1959,Deyang Heavy Machinery Spear Parts Company(hereinafter abbreviated toDHMSPC ) is an economic entity attached to Sichuan Engineering Technical College and deals with manufacturing teaching, research, production, training, technical appraisal and technical service. It is successively awarded as National Model Training Base of Vocational Education in CNC, Training Base of Skill-oriented and Greatly-needed CNC Talents by Ministry of Education and Finance. Meanwhile, it is also one of thecrucial bases of the first group of national model vocational colleges that supported by central finance, the training base of national vocational teachers and the indispensable part of comprehensive training base of national machinery and electronics in Deyang.
With fixed assets more than 80 million, DHMSPC is with satisfactory manufacture complete sets of equipment, including more than 70 conventional facilities on machining, milling, planning, grinding, drilling, boring and numerous advanced welding ones. Furthermore, it has Mikron UCP600 (5-Axis High-Speed milling center), DMG DMU 100T(5-Axis milling center), Yamazaki Mazak Intergrex 100-IV ST(5-Axis Turning／Milling center) and more than 60 machining centers, CNC lathes, eletromachining installations. As for detecting and research equipment, it has Italian COORD 3 Coordinate Measuring Machining, cutting state detector, electric profilometer, stress surveymeter, thermal imaging device and laser rapid prototyping machine. As for cad/cam,it has Unigraphics NX, Pro/E, MasterCAM etc.
With 6 professors and professor level senior engineers, 18 associate professors and senior engineers, more than 40 technicians, DHMSPC is rich in technical resource. Furthermore, it has invited experts and scholars from Southwest Jiaotong University such as Shen Zhiyun who is the academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of engineering to give technical support. And a processing engineering research platform is constructed in DHMSPC, aiming to conduct cold-blast air cutting and optimization of cutting parameters researches on unmanageable materials in manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, one center and two platforms ---namely technical innovative center for nufacturing industry of Sichuan Province, service platform for manufacturing industry of Deyang city and service platform for medium-sized and small enterprises of Deyang city----have been established in DHMSPC, aiming to provide technical support and product cooperation for mediun-sized and small enterprises of Deyang city.
Taking company motto of “Quality First Credit Upmost” into heart, DHMSPC has actively explored teaching factory mode to cultivate students with the support of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd., China Erzhong Group, Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. and other manufacturing enterprises and has educated thousands of skilled technicians. And as a qualified supplier of enterprises mentioned above, it has manufactured highly qualified products and gained high social reputation. In the year of 2009, DHMSPC has successfully passed ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. DHMSPC is now stepping stably under the guidance of Sichuan Engineering Technical College to a better and brighter future.
